DEZ is a large Middle Eastern fast-casual restaurant in Soho, created by celebrity chef and Top Chef CA host Eden Grinshpan.

The interior translates handcrafted tiles, pottery, and terracotta tones into a clean, functional, and inviting space. Patterns and materials evoke the warmth and character of the Middle Eastern coast, while the layout supports efficient operations and a comfortable casual experience. Celebrated by the International Restaurant and Bar Design Awards with a nomination in the Fast Casual category, DEZ is a striking example of how craft, atmosphere, and scale can come together in a high-impact dining environment.
